Savu is the lightly peated core expression from Finland’s first single malt distillery, Teerenpeli. This whisky was matured in 80% ex-bourbon barrels and 20% ex-sherry casks, resulting in notes of ripe fruits, citrus and liquorice on the palate, punctuated by tar and a puff of peat smoke.
