Shipping Policy — Camberwell Whisky Chamber

Camberwell Whisky Chamber (“CWC”, “we”, “us”) ships orders across Australia. Please read the information below before placing an order.

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Most orders are dispatched within 【1–2】 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak periods, new releases, or promotions, processing may take 【up to 2】 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

3) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.

Typical shipping options may include:

  • Standard shipping: from $【20 】

  • Express shipping: from $【 25 】

  • Free shipping: available for orders over $300 (where applicable)

Note: Certain remote/regional areas may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.

4) Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on carrier networks and your location.

  • Metro areas: approx. 【2–5】 business days after dispatch

  • Regional areas: approx. 【3–8】 business days after dispatch

  • Remote areas: approx. 【5–12】 business days after dispatch

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering.

5) Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

We offer Click & Collect at our store:

  • You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection (usually within 【2–24 hours】).

  • Collection is available during: 【1-6:30PM TUE-SAT】

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID.

6) Age Verification (18+)

Alcohol purchases and collections are strictly 18+. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

  • Deliveries may require signature and ID verification at the door.

  • If the carrier cannot verify age/identity, the delivery may be returned to us.

  • Any redelivery or return-to-sender fees may be charged to the customer.

7) Authority to Leave (ATL)

For alcohol orders, many carriers will not leave parcels unattended. If “Authority to Leave” is available, it is offered at the carrier’s discretion and may not apply to alcohol deliveries. We recommend delivering to a business address where someone 18+ can sign.

8) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed collection, we can arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply.

  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.

9) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the outer packaging and damaged items

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the courier. Outcomes depend on courier investigation and proof of delivery.

10) Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of alcohol unless:

  • the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect item supplied

  • required by Australian Consumer Law
