The definition of Alchemy is "A magical process of creation and combination" here we have a combined stock fully matured in 6 cask types (Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts and hogsheads, light and medium toasted Virgin American Oak barrels, and ruby and tawny port barriques) 

NOSE: Rip cherries and dark chocolate mingle with rich spices and gingerbread, layered with notes of sweet burnt toffee and mulled wine

TASTE: Initial notes of ripe plums blackcurrant jam and Black Forest Gateau, lead into rich honey, caramel and vanilla beans.
