Springbank 12 YO 57.2% 2024 version 700ml

Beautiful but typical sherry makes up the majority of the experience, with raisins being the main note. There is depth with a BBQ meatiness in the background that I enjoy, but also some ash. The delivery is thick and pleasant, but is reduced with water. The finish is rather weak.
