A 10-year-old Dailuaine single malt from the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks series, Parcel No.9, that was matured in a batch of six hogsheads and one barrel, filled between 2006 and 2011 and matured for at least a decade before it was bottled. Aromas of honeydew melon and warm, buttered toast with lots of honey fill the nose, complemented by notes of juicy pears, lemon peel, vanilla cream, honey roast cashews, lemon sherbet and almonds throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
