The Special Reserve Series is where we showcase one-off whisky bottlings that celebrate the best of our grains, barrels and craftsmanship. This release, matured in French and American oak casks that previously held Australian Cream Apera and Corn Whisky, features malted barley smoked with red gum wood – creating a whisky that’s unmistakably Australian. With only 350 bottles produced, it’s a true collector’s release.
